About LIVE MORE WITH LMGT™
LMGT means Live, Move, Grow, Transform — and it’s also the founder’s own initials. A South Florida lifestyle movement encouraging everyday people to move, grow, connect and intentionally experience more of life. Rooted in Love, Money, Gratitude, Transformation.
Meet Lavern Marie Gordon Thomas
Founder of LIVE MORE WITH LMGT™
LIVE MORE WITH LMGT™ wasn’t created because my life was perfect. It was created because life taught me how important it is to actually live while we’re building, healing, growing, loving and becoming.
I believe we can pursue better lives without waiting for everything to be perfect. Sometimes living more looks like chasing a big dream. Sometimes it looks like taking your kids to the park, rebuilding, resting, laughing with friends—or simply deciding that today deserves to be lived.
That’s what LIVE MORE means to me. And I want to help other people discover what living more can mean for them.
